Start with the Garment
Begin with what you have noticed. Point out the mark on a cuff, the loose fastening or the change in how a garment hangs, and when you first noticed it. If you do not know what caused a mark, there is no need to guess.
Note any previous cleaning or home products, and bring the garment's care information if you have it, including anything supplied separately when you bought it. If the label is missing or hard to read, the garment is assessed on its fabric and construction.
The Details You Value
Point out the details you value, whether a collar, a trim or the original hem of your jeans. Perhaps the piece is part of your working wardrobe, something you wear to family occasions, or a garment you would like to keep wearing for years.

Shirts, Alterations and Household Pieces
Shirts in the Executive Shirt Service are finished on a blown unit, then the collar and cuffs are finished by hand on the reverse side to protect colour and style. Alterations are fitted in person in our on-site fitting room.
For duvets, tablecloths and bed linen, note matching pieces, delicate details and previous repairs. Bulky items can come straight to the counter.

Add any trip, meeting or celebration date to your order. Free pickup and delivery on our Tuesday and Friday routes. Other days: upon request, please allow us to confirm.
