Assess
Begin with the fabric, its construction and the person who wears it.
Spot
Give individual marks the attention they need.
Wet Clean
Use low levels of water and very little mechanical action, with care chosen for the piece.
Finish
Form and finish each garment, with care to avoid shine and impressions.
Return
Hand it back finished, in store or on your free pickup and delivery route.

At Glenforest, we have seen it all, and we will go the extra mile for your garment. Every piece is inspected for marks and earlier treatments, then finished for the way it is worn.

Note previous treatments and any existing damage.

Point out the mark, even when it is difficult to see.

Suitability is assessed individually; one treatment does not fit every garment.

Note your finishing preferences when you leave the garment.
