Preparing for Pickup

  1. Bag It

    Pack garments and shirts in one bag, and laundry for wash and fold in another. Empty pockets first. Add any hangers you are returning.

  2. Note the Details

    Just add any additional instructions for our team: marks, home treatments and access notes (concierge, side door, buzzer).

  3. Set It Out

    Even if you're not at home, it's as easy as leaving your bags at the door or with your concierge on your pickup day. Note any deadline on your request.

  • Executive Shirt Service

    Finished on a blown unit, then the collar and cuffs are finished by hand on the reverse side to protect colour and style.

  • Silk and Delicates

    Silk, lace, beadwork and other fine garments, fabrics and trims, each assessed before cleaning.

  • Linens and Duvets

    Table linens, bed linens and duvets, wet cleaned and finished: sheets bright and smooth, duvets fluffy and fresh.

  • Wash and Fold

    Your family's laundry, Glenforest's professional service: $6 per pound. Every order is pre-spotted and post-spotted, pressed and folded, and returned in a Glenforest bag.
